Rahma digital services may be used only by:

- Persons authorized by Rahma to access or manage member-related records.
- Authorized nominees, representatives, guardians, support persons, or linked persons where Rahma permits such access.

You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to you in your place of residence or access.
4. Membership requirements
Use of Rahma digital services does not itself create membership. Membership is governed by Rahma's official records, registration approvals, membership rules, welfare-scheme rules, verification requirements, payment requirements, eligibility conditions, nominee rules, linked-member rules, benefit rules, resolutions, and authorized decisions.
Your ability to view information or perform actions through Rahma digital services may depend on:
- Active or approved membership status.
- Completion of verification and approval.
- Payment of applicable membership fees, renewal amounts, dues, contributions, or other permitted charges.
- Accuracy and completeness of registration, member, spouse, linked-member, nominee, document, payment, and benefit information.
- Compliance with Rahma's official rules and these Terms.
If information shown in a digital service conflicts with Rahma's official records, Rahma's official records will control, subject to correction where an error is verified.
5. User accounts and authentication
Rahma digital services may use member ID, mobile number, one-time password, Firebase Phone Auth, staff credentials, backend-issued access tokens, device authentication, or other approved authentication methods.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your device, OTPs, credentials, sessions, and payment credentials secure.
- Ensuring that only authorized persons access your account.
- Keeping contact information current.
- Reporting suspected unauthorized access, credential compromise, device loss, incorrect activity, document misuse, or payment misuse promptly.
- Logging out or securing the device when not in use.
Rahma may treat actions performed through a valid authenticated session as authorized by the account holder unless Rahma determines that fraud, technical error, unauthorized access, or another exceptional circumstance occurred.
6. User responsibilities
You must:
- Provide accurate, complete, current, and lawful information.
- Use Rahma digital services only for lawful and authorized membership-related purposes.
- Review profile, registration, membership, linked-member, nominee, benefit, renewal, receipt, and payment information and promptly report errors.

- Cooperate with Rahma in identity verification, document verification, payment reconciliation, refund investigation, benefit verification, grievance handling, and dispute resolution.
- Use a secure device, updated operating system, trusted network, and reasonable safeguards when accessing Rahma services.
You must not rely solely on digital notifications for critical membership, payment, renewal, or benefit obligations. You must confirm critical information directly with Rahma when necessary.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:

- Circumvent access controls, payment controls, upload controls, security features, platform rules, or app-store restrictions.
- Misrepresent membership status, renewal status, nominee status, linked-member status, benefit eligibility, document authenticity, payment status, or authorization.
- Use Rahma services for fraud, money laundering, unauthorized payments, chargeback abuse, identity misuse, harassment, defamation, illegal content, or other unlawful activity.
- Violate applicable law, app-store rules, payment provider terms, third-party rights, Rahma rules, or these Terms.
Rahma may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend, restrict, terminate, or report activity where appropriate.
8. Registration and submitted information
Registration requests may require phone number, identity documents, profile photo, personal details, address details, spouse or linked-member details, nominee details, and supporting information.
By submitting a registration request, you represent that:
- The information is true, complete, current, and lawful.
- You are authorized to submit the information and documents.
- Any documents, photos, and files submitted are genuine and not forged.
- You have obtained required consent or authority for nominee, spouse, linked-member, family, or dependent information.
- Rahma may verify, approve, reject, request corrections, retain, or process submitted information according to its rules and applicable law.
Submission of a registration request does not guarantee membership approval. Rahma may reject, delay, hold, or request correction of a registration request according to its official processes.
9. Member information accuracy
Digital services may display profile information, membership status, validity dates, linked-member details, nominee details, benefit requests, renewal orders, receipts, notifications, and history based on Rahma records and technical systems.
You must notify Rahma promptly if any displayed information is incorrect, incomplete, outdated, duplicated, unauthorized, or misleading.
Rahma may require verification, supporting documents, approval, or administrative review before correcting official records. Some corrections may be subject to membership rules, benefit rules, nominee rules, linked-member rules, audit requirements, or applicable law.
10. Nominees, spouse, linked members, and beneficiaries
Rahma digital services may let you view, submit, or update nominee, spouse, linked-member, family, dependent, or beneficiary information where Rahma's rules permit.
By submitting such information, you represent that:
- The information is accurate and complete.
- You are authorized to submit it.
- Any required consent has been obtained.
- The submission complies with Rahma rules and applicable law.
Display of nominee, spouse, linked-member, family, dependent, or beneficiary information does not guarantee recognition, payment, approval, inheritance, benefit entitlement, or other rights. Rahma will determine eligibility and recognition under its official records, rules, and applicable law.
11. Benefit requests
Rahma digital services may let members submit, view, and track benefit requests and related documents. Benefit requests may involve categories such as death, kidney failure, open-heart surgery, cancer, or other categories supported by Rahma systems and rules.
The display, submission, tracking, processing, approval, or payment of a benefit request through a digital service does not create an automatic right to any benefit, reimbursement, settlement, welfare payment, or approval.
All benefit requests are subject to:
- Rahma's official welfare-scheme rules and records.
- Membership status and eligibility.
- Verification by authorized persons.
- Submission and authenticity of required documents.
- Review, approval, rejection, modification, or payment by authorized Rahma personnel.
- Payment details, bank details, and reconciliation.
- Availability of funds, records, and administrative approvals under Rahma rules.
- Applicable law, audit requirements, and dispute processes.
Benefit requests may be updated, verified, processed, approved, rejected, deleted, or otherwise handled only by authorized users and according to Rahma's rules and system permissions.
12. Membership renewal
Rahma digital services may support membership renewal for self, linked members, or another member where Rahma permits. Renewal may include availability checks, membership-code verification, locked quote generation, renewal order creation, payment mode selection, order expiry, payment status, cancellation, receipt generation, and membership validity updates.
Before starting a membership renewal, you must review:
- Payer member and target member information.
- Target membership code where required.
- Whether the renewal is for self, linked member, or another member.
- Renewal amount and currency.
- Validity start and end dates.
- Payment mode.
- Order expiry and status.
- Any displayed fees, charges, deductions, taxes, or payment instructions.
Successful membership renewal is finalized only after Rahma receives and verifies the required payment or authorized success event and updates the official records. Mobile return screens, gateway redirections, screenshots, or user claims do not by themselves finalize renewal success.
Renewal availability, campaign classification, amount, validity period, payment mode, and order status may depend on Rahma settings, member eligibility, linked unit rules, business dates, payment-system status, and official records.
13. Payment gateway and third-party payment terms
Membership renewal payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, UPI applications, card networks, wallet providers, payment aggregators, or other payment-service providers.
By initiating a payment, you authorize Rahma and the relevant payment participants to process, verify, reconcile, settle, reverse, refund, or dispute the transaction as necessary.
You agree that:
- Payment processing is subject to the terms, privacy policies, authentication processes, security procedures, charges, failure rules, refund processes, and dispute rules of the relevant payment participants.
- Rahma does not control all aspects of third-party payment authentication, authorization, settlement, downtime, failure, refund, reversal, or chargeback.
- Rahma may receive and store transaction status, payment references, settlement details, failure details, provider status, and refund information from payment participants.
- You must not submit payment credentials into suspicious, unauthorized, or unofficial interfaces.
14. Payment failures, pending orders, and reconciliation
A payment or renewal order may fail, remain pending, expire, be cancelled, be delayed, or require reconciliation because of network issues, bank downtime, gateway downtime, insufficient funds, incorrect authentication, timeout, duplicate attempts, risk review, payment-system delay, webhook delay, technical error, or manual review.
If an amount is debited but the renewal is not reflected in Rahma records, you must contact Rahma with available transaction evidence, including date, amount, member details, payment method category, gateway reference, bank reference, screenshot, and any other relevant details.
Rahma may investigate with payment participants and may credit, mark failed, refund, reverse, adjust, cancel, or otherwise resolve the transaction based on verified records.
You must not initiate repeated payments for the same renewal unless the previous attempt is clearly failed, expired, cancelled, or Rahma advises that a new payment is required.
15. Refunds, reversals, and adjustments
Membership renewal payments and other permitted payments are governed by Rahma's rules, payment-provider rules, and applicable law. Unless Rahma's rules or applicable law require otherwise, a successful renewal payment may not be cancellable merely because you changed your mind after payment.
Rahma may consider a refund, reversal, or adjustment in cases such as:
- Duplicate payment for the same member, renewal period, and payment purpose.
- Amount debited but not received or credited to Rahma after verification.
- Excess payment caused by verified technical or administrative error.
- Payment credited to the wrong member due to verified system error.
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction confirmed after investigation.
- Payment reversed, invalidated, charged back, or disputed by a payment participant.
- Refund, reversal, or adjustment approved under Rahma rules.
- Refund required by applicable law, court, regulator, consumer forum, payment dispute body, or payment-provider rule.
Refunds, where approved, will ordinarily be processed to the original payment method where feasible. Refund timelines may depend on Rahma review, provider processing, bank processing, settlement status, dispute procedures, holidays, and applicable law.
Gateway fees, convenience fees, taxes, payment charges, or other deductions may be non-refundable unless Rahma's rules, payment-provider rules, or applicable law require otherwise.
Rahma may correct member records, membership validity, receipts, ledgers, journals, or renewal orders where a payment is reversed, refunded, charged back, duplicated, incorrectly credited, or found invalid.
16. Receipts and records
Rahma digital services may generate or display receipts, receipt PDFs, membership history, transaction history, renewal order details, payment status, and accounting references.
These records are provided for convenience and may be subject to reconciliation with Rahma's official records, payment-provider records, bank records, accounting records, and audit records.
You must retain payment confirmations, bank statements, UPI references, gateway receipts, screenshots, and Rahma receipts for your records. If a receipt or transaction record appears incorrect, you must contact Rahma promptly.
17. Uploaded materials
Rahma digital services may let you upload or submit identity documents, profile photos, spouse or linked-member documents, benefit documents, payment screenshots, support materials, or other files.
By uploading or submitting materials, you represent that:
- The materials are accurate, authentic, lawful, and relevant.
- You have the right and authority to submit them.
- The materials do not infringe third-party rights.
- The materials do not contain malware, unlawful content, forged information, or misleading content.
- Rahma may use, store, verify, retain, reject, remove, or restrict the materials for registration, membership administration, benefit processing, renewal, payment investigation, support, audit, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.
Rahma may reject, remove, restrict, or retain uploaded materials according to its rules, operational needs, and applicable law.
18. Notifications and communications
Rahma may send communications through the App, Website, push notifications, SMS, phone, WhatsApp, email, support channels, or other reasonable channels for:
- Account access and security.
- Registration, verification, membership status, membership renewal, validity, linked-member, nominee, and document updates.
- Payment confirmations, pending transactions, failed transactions, refunds, reversals, receipts, and reconciliation.
- Benefit request submission, verification, approval, rejection, payment, and history updates.
- Gallery, welfare law, contact-office, service, maintenance, legal, and policy updates.
- Support, grievance handling, and administrative communications.
You may disable push notifications through device settings, but doing so may prevent timely receipt of important transactional, security, membership, renewal, payment, receipt, or benefit information.
19. Privacy
Rahma's processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Rahma digital services, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy and agree that personal data may be processed as described there, subject to applicable law.
You must not submit personal data about another person unless you are authorized to do so.
20. Intellectual property
Rahma, its licensors, or its service providers own or license the App, Website, software, design, layout, text, logos, icons, graphics, workflows, source code, object code, databases, documents, PDFs, branding, trademarks, service marks, and other materials, except for user-submitted content or third-party content.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Rahma digital services only for authorized Rahma-related purposes and subject to these Terms.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, reproduce, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of Rahma digital services except as permitted by law or with Rahma's written authorization.
21. Third-party services, app stores, and device platforms
Rahma digital services may depend on third-party services, including Firebase, AWS, Apple, Google, app stores, operating systems, mobile networks, hosting providers, notification services, analytics services, performance services, crash-reporting tools, payment gateways, banks, UPI systems, card networks, wallet providers, and support providers.
You acknowledge that:
- Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
- Third-party outages, restrictions, policy changes, payment failures, device limitations, platform issues, or service interruptions may affect Rahma digital services.
- Rahma is not responsible for third-party services except where Rahma is legally responsible under applicable law or its contracts.
- Use of the App may also be subject to Apple App Store, Google Play, iOS, Android, device manufacturer, and mobile-network terms.
22. Availability, updates, and technical limitations
Rahma may update, modify, suspend, restrict, migrate, or discontinue all or part of its digital services for maintenance, security, legal compliance, platform requirements, operational reasons, service improvement, or other legitimate purposes.
Rahma does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, always-current, secure, or always-available digital services. Services may be delayed, unavailable, or incorrect because of internet connectivity, device issues, server maintenance, software defects, cyber incidents, third-party outages, payment-system downtime, bank downtime, data synchronization delays, regulatory requirements, force majeure, or other causes.
You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, supported browser, updated operating system, active internet connection, and secure device settings.
23. Suspension and termination
Rahma may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate digital service access, with or without prior notice where permitted by law, if:
- You are not a registered member, applicant, or authorized user.
- Membership is pending, rejected, expired, deceased, blocked, suspended, cancelled, disputed, inactive, or otherwise restricted.
- You violate these Terms, Rahma rules, payment rules, benefit rules, document rules, or applicable law.
- Rahma suspects unauthorized access, fraud, false information, document misuse, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, benefit misuse, security risk, or other misuse.
- Required information, verification, payment, document, or authorization is missing or invalid.
- Continued access may harm Rahma, members, nominees, linked members, service providers, payment systems, or the public.
- Suspension or termination is required by law, court order, regulator, app-store requirement, payment-provider requirement, or security process.
Suspension or termination of digital access does not automatically cancel membership, erase official records, remove payment obligations, resolve benefit requests, delete receipts, or affect rights and obligations that accrued before suspension or termination.
24. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Rahma digital services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- Rahma does not guarantee that digital services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, current, or available.
- Information displayed in digital services may be delayed, incomplete, or subject to reconciliation with official records.

- Digital services do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, insurance, investment, or professional advice.

25. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rahma, its office bearers, committee members, staff, agents, volunteers, representatives, developers, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages, including loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of profit, loss of business, device failure, unauthorized access caused by user negligence, payment delays caused by third-party systems, or service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rahma's aggregate liability arising from or relating to digital services will be limited to the amount of the specific disputed membership renewal payment or other payment directly giving rise to the claim, or the amount required by applicable law, whichever is higher.
This limitation does not restrict non-waivable consumer rights, statutory rights, or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
26. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rahma, its office bearers, committee members, staff, agents, volunteers, representatives, developers, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from:

This indemnity does not apply to the extent the claim arises from Rahma's own unlawful conduct, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or obligations that cannot be shifted under applicable law.
27. Consumer protection and grievance handling
Rahma intends to provide transparent information about membership, registration, renewal, receipts, benefit requests, payments, support, and digital services.

Rahma may notify users of material changes through the App, Website, email, notification, support channel, or another reasonable channel. Continued use of Rahma digital services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law and any consent requirements.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using Rahma digital services. Stopping use does not automatically cancel membership, waive payment obligations, resolve benefit requests, delete receipts, or remove official records.
32. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent, where permitted.
33. No waiver
